If you require assistance with a product previously purchased from NeoComputers, we recommend contacting the product manufacturer in the first instance where the item is covered by a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranty services are often the quickest route to assessment, repair or replacement.

If the manufacturer is unable to assist, or you believe your issue falls under your statutory consumer rights, please contact us and we will review your enquiry and advise on the most appropriate next steps.
